Ordering:

You can order by phone, fax, mail, e-mail or from a secure website. Your credit card will be charged when we process your order. If you order by phone, fax, mail or e-mail please add all specified information:

Name, street address, city & zip (postal code)

Item name, quantity

Credit card information including billing address, expiration date, and security code

Shipping:

Shipping charges vary considerably upon weight.  If you order by phone, fax or

e-mail we will calculate shipping after we box your order (if ordering through our website, weight is calculated automatically).

Shipping charges may vary from the amount indicated by the automatic shipping calculator since the weight calculated on the website

may differ from the actual package weight due to the packaging material. International packages will be mailed insured.

Shipping in the US: Within the US, orders are generally shipped using the US Postal Service unless you specify otherwise.

They are often cheaper and work well. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes so be sure to include a street address.

Also, let us know if you wish the package insured and shipped with a signature confirmation.

International Shipping: International orders are generally shipped with USPS Global Express Guaranteed (GXG).With GXG;

the package can be tracked and will be insured for up to $100 at no extra charge. If the package is not over 4 pounds (1.8kg) and if you prefer a cheaper

mail service that does not offer insurance and tracking service, you can choose USPS Global Priority Mail. Global Priority Mail is an expedited

airmail letter post service providing fast, reliable and economical delivery. Items receive priority handling in the US and destination countries

but is available to only about 50 countries. (Check www.USPS.gov). We cannot take responsibility for the shipment (i.e. in case of lost packages,

we will not refund anything and/or re-ship will be at the customer’s expenses). Customs fees, VAT and sales tax are typically charged by the government

of your country and must be paid by the customer once the package arrives. We cannot determine what these fees will be. We recommend that you check

with your local customs office or post office for more detail on how these charges are assessed and applied.

Back Orders: We strive to have all our products in stock and available. However, since all our items are handmade, it may happen that an item may not be ready to use.

Please tell use if you wish to back order this item as we do not automatically back order.

 

Return Policy

Our products are guaranteed to your satisfaction. Return them within 30 days for a full refund. If the products are damaged or spilled, please contact us

within five days of receipt. We will then pay for shipping and reship. If the package itself is damaged when your receive it, contact UPS or USPS, do not destroy the packaging.
